Return policy

Our promise

At Leclerc Baby, we are quite confident that you will be very happy with your purchases. However, if for some reason you are not, you will have 30 days to register the return of your product and be eligible for full reimbursement. For Spain, we follow the legal policy of 50 days.

What does this mean?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days (Spain 50 days) of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Submit your request via the online contact form on our website to return your order, please include your order number and reason for your return.

Return procedure

You will then receive an e-mail confirmation with the return procedure. In case of returns, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, in the original packaging. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged there is a chance that you will not get the full refund. If you would like to return your product based on our guarantee, please check our guarantee policy.

Check your delivery

After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If your purchase is damaged, wrongly delivered or if you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Support Desk via within 48 hours of delivery.

Returning costs

Returning costs are at your expense. We are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we, therefore, recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products and/or provides a tracking number.


If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the return process as described above. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

How and when do I get my refund?

A refund depends on your selected payment method and will be refunded within 14 days after the product return registration has been received. We retain the option to extend this 14 day period if the products have not been returned accordingly. Our team will inform you in case of any delays.
